Experteer Overview
In this role you lead and grow a regional WITS Customer Service team in the EMEA region, driving end-to-end solution installations and smooth Go-Live transitions. You’ll ensure high customer satisfaction through effective execution and process excellence. You’ll work closely with Sales, Project Management, and local teams to deliver complex IT/automation services at scale. This is a dynamic, cross-cultural environment that rewards initiative and collaboration.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Specialists across Hardware, Application Workflow, and Clinical IT domains
- Plan and monitor resource allocation for multiple parallel installations and support
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth installation experience and successful Go-Live
- Develop and maintain installation processes, documentation, and best practices
- Track performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Partner with Sales, Project Management, Local Service, and Local Application Specialists to ensure readiness
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge, align on standards, and adopt new tools/technologies
Responsabilità
- 5+ years in solution delivery of Automation/IT services
- Experience leading complex, multicultural distributed teams across EMEA
- Proven track record with complex installations (integrations, networking, security, data migration) and customer support operations
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001) and GDPR/data privacy regulations
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence others and drive action, high energy and adaptability
- Fluency in English and Italian;
other EMEA languages advantageous - Willingness to travel up to 50-70%
