Experteer Overview In this role you lead the strategic and operational management of manufacturing across two Italian plants, driving volume, quality, and efficiency. You will champion continuous improvement and agile transformation, aligning resources with safety, health, and innovation. As a member of the Steering Committee, you shape end-to-end production and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet targets. This is a hands‑on leadership role at the heart of CELINE’s manufacturing excellence, offering impact across multi‑site operations. Retribuzione / Benefits Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing across two sites (Radda in Chianti and Strada in Chianti) to meet volumes and efficiency targets Oversee production planning, scheduling, and optimization in collaboration with the planning department Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to increase agility and reduce waste Ensure quality standards and robust quality control processes across finished products Generate and present KPI reports to Industrial Director and peers; drive data‑informed decisions Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; promote a safe working environment Lead and develop a large team including Production Managers, Supervisors, Industrialization Technicians, HRBP, and planning/finance staff; oversee recruitment and workforce planning Collaborate with Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrialization, and external suppliers; participate in Company Steering Committee Oversee and support transformation projects and resource optimization to improve productivity across both plants Manage budgeting and financial awareness related to plant profitability (P&L awareness) and cost control Responsabilità Minimum 8-10 years of progressive production management experience 3-5 years of multi‑plant or large‑scale environment leadership University degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related disciplines Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement programs Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Project management experience with ability to prioritize and drive objectives in dynamic settings Analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic decision‑making under pressure Fluency in Italian and English; French a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
