/ul pGiunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe Product Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end production process of our product portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Product Adaptation /h3 pThe Product Coordinator will study the product and analyze the type of adaptation required, with a focus on operational and delivery aspects. They will draft the base glossary, including scale names, indices, and other relevant terminology. Throughout the adaptation process, they will maintain constant monitoring on the progress of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and, once adaptations are received, will manage their production across both editorial and digital channels. /p h3Data Collection /h3 pIn collaboration with psychometricians, the Product Coordinator will study the standardization plan and define the data collection plan, including the organization of data packages. They will prepare and make available all materials needed for field testing, coordinating with Field Operations teams while supervising and monitoring progress and timelines. /p h3Digital Implementation /h3 pThe Product Coordinator will be responsible for preparing all documentation required for the digital implementation of the product. /p h3Cross-functional Coordination /h3 pThroughout the entire production process, the Product Coordinator will work closely with the relevant operational divisions, including Psychometrics, Digital, and Editorial, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across all teams. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul libNative Italian speaker. Fluency in English and Spanish /b /li liDegree in Clinical Psychology – Child Development Area /li liExperience with project management tools (Jira) /li liProven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels. /li liExcellent bcommunication, organizational, and problem-solving skills /b. /li liExperience in managing project scopes, and risk assessment. /li liFamiliarity with bregulatory and ethical guidelines /b in psychological and educational assessments. /li
