The role of Real Estate Associate is the first step toward becoming a Real Estate Advisor, a key figure in high-end real estate consultancy. After an initial intensive training period, you will be mentored by experienced professionals and gain hands-on field experience, taking on responsibilities such as:

• Managing and developing relationships with luxury property owners;
• Presenting high-value-added real estate marketing solutions;
• Monitoring the assigned territory, mapping opportunities and analyzing market trends;
• Supporting the team in sales and purchase transactions;
• Collaborating closely with the commercial network to achieve shared goals;
• Reporting strategic real estate opportunities exclusively for Lionard.

Requirements

We’re seeking bright, determined individuals who recognize the value of excellence:

• Experienced in sales or real estate, even if briefly;
• Passionate about high-end properties and high-level consultancy;
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and highly responsible;
• Willing to attend the course to become a licensed Real Estate Agent;
• Fluent in Italian, with good English skills (a third language is a plus);
• Monthly fixed gross compensation of €2,000 (approximately €1,500 net);
