Sales Associates & Social Media Manager

Luxury leather store in Piazza Duomo, Florence hiring Sales Associates and a Social Media Manager.

We work with international clients — fluent English required. Italian and other languages are a plus.

Sales Associate

• Engage customers and close sales.
• Charismatic and outgoing, comfortable approaching people.
• Retail experience not required — natural sales ability is key.
• Proactive, reliable, quick‑thinking, self‑starter.
• Able to work in a busy, high‑traffic environment.
• Flexible shifts; store open late (sometimes until midnight).
• Availability for evening shifts is a plus.

Social Media Manager

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and content creation.
• Strong eye for visuals and brand storytelling.
• Understanding of luxury positioning is a plus.
• Flexible schedule.
