Overview
At Amcor, we’re transforming the packaging industry by leading the shift toward sustainable solutions. The Sales Graduate Programme develops future sales and commercial talents through hands‑on experience in customer management, business development, and strategic account growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Real commercial impact early – contribute to live customer projects, revenue growth and business development from the start
End‑to‑end sales exposure – from market analysis through to account management and deal execution
International experience – work across two European locations and support multiple markets
Mentorship of senior leaders – work closely with Key Account Directors and commercial leadership
Structured development – build core capabilities in sales, negotiation, customer strategy, and technical product understanding

Technical Product & Innovation (R&D collaboration)
Your Impact During the Program
Get well‑rounded business experience
Deep‑dive into B2B manufacturing industry with a global scale, understanding Amcor value proposition and contributing to the elaboration of customer‑specific value proposition
Understand how the packaging plant operates and support customers by working alongside plant sales & customer service teams
Assist Key Account Director in managing one of our most strategic clients
Experiment commercial excellence in Global Account Management
Manage customer relationship across factories and HQ
Support account strategy and business development
Ensure account planning and reporting
Identify commercial opportunities and implement defined actions
Work in a cross‑functional environment (plants, supply chain, procurement, innovation, etc.) to drive projects and opportunities
Get technical training by collaboration with R&D teams and accompanying Customer Technical Service team in customer visits
Requirements & Qualifications
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, International Business, Sales Management or a related field
Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer‑facing, or commercial roles (including internships)
Strong interest in building a long‑term career in sales and commercial leadership
A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the confidence to take ownership
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Languages
Fluency in English required
Additional European language (e.g. French, Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel and work across Europe
Eligibility to work within the EU
