Sales Professional - Machine Vision / Robotics / Automation - Italian/English Speaking

We're hiring for a highly experienced Sales professional with a few years of experience in Machine Vision systems for an expanding leading robotics/automation company. This is an individual contributor position.

In this role, you will work on the expansion of Machine Vision/Optical/Robotics solutions across the Italy region.

You will identify and scale partnerships with Tier-1 OEMs and System Integrators, focusing on high‑precision sectors such as Semiconductors and Automotive.

Beyond pure sales, you will act as a key cross‑continental technical liaison, coordinating between European customers and global R&D hubs to ensure localised technical requirements are met, help customers with machine vision product selection, and carry out demos.

This is a permanent position based remotely in Italy, requiring regional travel.

• Academic background in Automation, Electronics, or Engineering
• 3+ years of Sales experience within the industrial automation or robotics sectors
• Deep fluency in Italian & English to facilitate seamless communication with global headquarters
• Experience with machine vision systems
• Experience with demos, machine vision system selection and ideally knowledge of debugging
