Our Industrial & Energy Technology Business Segment provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

You will lead a team of diverse Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) to drive Supplier Quality for EICE commodity. You will be responsible for direct leadership, development, and career coaching of a team of SQEs.

Responsibilities

• Driving positive organization culture with strong front-line leadership and connectivity across the regions
• Supplier’s qualification working closely with procurement commodity and engineering
• Conducting supplier capability and process assessment, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, audits, performance monitoring and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence
• Guarantying collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance to engineering and customer specifications
• Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including process quality requirements
• Execute assessment for Electrification extended scope Suppliers based on commodity scouting activity
• Create a strong synergy and promote collaboration with intracompany Suppliers
• Participating in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross-functional team members
• Ensuring development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders, and suppliers
• Acting as coach and mentor to develop team members hard and soft skills

Qualifications

• Have an Engineering degree (5Y)
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality
• Proven knowledge on Electrical Systems
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Proven experience in acting and driving corrective actions with large global suppliers
• English fluent
• Be able to travel (up to 40%) domestically and internationally
