Senior Sourcing Manager - Supplier Quality Engineering Eice

Responsibilities

• Drive positive organization culture with strong front‑line leadership and connectivity across the regions.
• Lead supplier qualification activities working closely with procurement commodity and engineering teams.
• Conduct supplier capability and process assessments, root‑cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, audits, performance monitoring, and assist key suppliers toward industrial standards of excellence.
• Guarantee collaboration between functions and locations to ensure compliance with engineering and customer specifications.
• Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV and HV) including process quality requirements.
• Execute assessment for Electrification extended scope suppliers based on commodity scouting activity.
• Create strong synergy and promote collaboration with intracompany suppliers.
• Participate in supplier business reviews in alignment with cross‑functional team members.
• Ensure development, training, and implementation of supplier quality tools/processes for all quality engineering team members, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Act as coach and mentor to develop team members’ hard and soft skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or quality management.
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Proven experience driving corrective actions with large global suppliers.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.
