As Sr Supplier Quality Engineering Manager, you lead a global SQE team to drive supplier quality for the EICE commodity. You collaborate across procurement, engineering, and regions to ensure supplier capability, CA/PA, and adherence to engineering and customer specs. You’ll shape Electrification scope (MV/HV) quality requirements and foster cross-functional alignment. Lead and develop a diverse SQE team across regions Collaborate with procurement and engineering on supplier qualification Conduct supplier capability audits, root cause analyses, CAPA, and performance monitoring Ensure cross-functional alignment to engineering and customer specifications Develop new product code structure for Electrification extended scope (MV/HV) and related quality requirements Assess Electrification extended scope suppliers through commodity scouting Foster intracompany supplier synergy and cross-functional supplier collaborations Participate in supplier business reviews with cross-functional partners Implement and coach supplier quality tools and processes for internal and external stakeholders Mentor team members in hard and soft skills Responsabilità

Engineering degree (5Y) Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering or Quality Proven knowledge of Electrical Systems Proven leadership capabilities Experience driving corrective actions with large global suppliers English fluent Ability to travel up to 40% (domestic and international) Requisiti fondamentali
