He/she will be committed to deliver the expected customer service level across the Region. The Service Specialist – Parts Services will be the primary interface with regional projectbenefit: Start date: 01/06/2026 Duration: 10 months Location: Florence CCNL Job Level: B1/B2 Smart Working: Pending approval of the HM Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€ esperienza 1 anno

Quali requisiti stiamo ricercando?

Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Knowledge of supply chain processes. Basic knowledge of project management processes and tools. Fluent English (written and spoken). Be the primary interface with regional project manager for all operations aspects. Drive weekly operating rhythm with internal stakeholders. Collect business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions (supply chain, engineering, logistics, billing, etc.). Own the sales plan execution of the assigned region by achieving operations commitment and leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities. Identify and execute material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability Own relevant operations KPIs (OTD, ODBL). Drive simplification and improvement initiatives to achieve better operational performance.
