About the Role

You will lead the day-to-day operation of a high-end Italian specialty restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and authenticity. Working alongside the wider culinary leadership team, you'll also contribute to menu development, training initiatives and resort-wide culinary excellence.

Qualifications Previous leadership experience within an authentic Italian restaurant Luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant background preferred Passionate, hands-on leader who enjoys developing people International or resort experience is an advantage but not essential Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Required Skills Leadership experience in an authentic Italian restaurant Knowledge of traditional and regional Italian cuisine Strong communication skills in English

Pay range and compensation package

Package: USD $40,000 + gratuity + monthly accommodation allowance + relocation + work permit sponsorship + additional benefits.
