The Social Hub seeks an Asset Manager for Southern Europe to drive growth across Italy, Spain and France, steering commercial leasing, financial modelling and regional investment strategies. You will work with local teams, city planners and partners to turn bold plans into signed contracts. Leverage experience in real estate and hospitality, lead negotiations, and build robust Excel models to quantify yields and incremental revenue, while traveling across Southern Europe as needed.
