Responsibilities
- Actively work in the service, taking the lead as shift supervisor, ensuring everything runs smoothly, whether behind the bar, in service, or at the front office
- Make sure all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail
- Take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members
- Handle communication and ensure that all information flows smoothly within the team
- Take guest feedback seriously and ensure a quick and efficient resolution
- Share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink
Qualifications
- Already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in the trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry
- Flexible and ready to work in shifts
- Reliable, multitasking and willing to learn are strengths
- Carry yourself confidently, bring lots of joy to your work, and humor is part of who you are
- Enjoy working with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to handle their various needs with a smart approach
- Speak fluent English and Italian
