Surgical Tech Extern: OR Hands-On Training

Dormont Manufacturing Co in Firenze, Italy is looking for a Surgical Technologist Extern to gain supervised clinical experience in the operating room. This role bridges classroom learning with real-world practice, preparing externs for certification and employment as surgical technologists.

The extern will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, assisting in surgical procedures, and adhering to infection-control protocols. Candidates must be students who have completed two semesters in an accredited program of surgical technology and can commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week.
