Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for use of company products in pre‑sale, implementation, and post‑sale situations in formal educational as well as small‑group or individual presentations in patient‑care areas throughout a healthcare facility, to gain or increase acceptance of company’s products and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information through formal presentations to physicians and administration customers that detail the clinical and/or financial benefits of company’s devices as related to the group.
  • Evaluate new products or enhancements to devices.

Location

Preferably Milan (open to major Northern Italian cities).

Type

Field‑based.

Travel

Approximately 70–80 %.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales organization across direct and indirect channels.
  • Drive commercial performance and ensure achievement of financial targets.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline and accurate forecasting process.
  • Support the development and engagement of a high‑performing team culture.
  • Develop strategic relationships with hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal support teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead teams through transformation and change while maintaining engagement and accountability.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives within the region.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision‑makers.

What You Need Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of successful commercial experience within sales and/or marketing roles.
  • 3+ years of people management experience (direct or matrix leadership).
  • Experience within operating room environments.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience within the Medical Devices industry.
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Orthopedic Implants, Trauma, or Extremities.
  • Experience managing both direct and indirect sales models.
  • Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Italy Pay Ranges

  • Italy: €58 100 – €96 800 EUR Annual.

Compensation includes base salary, commission and/or bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Further compensation details are available upon request.
