Experteer Italy is looking for a proactive Manufacturing Engineer Specialist to join Technogym's Process Engineering team at HQ in Cesena. This role focuses on driving new product development by defining production equipment and advancing manufacturing processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective production, while also leading initiatives in lean manufacturing and innovation. A degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering is preferred, along with relevant experience.
