As National Key Account Manager CLUB, you define and drive the national strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Solution Key Accounts. You build and manage strategic partnerships with top national accounts and ensure alignment with Technogym’s objectives and market leadership. You collaborate with regional teams, marketing, and leadership to deliver a high-value approach to key clients. The role involves negotiating national framework agreements and leveraging the Technogym Wellness System to maximize market penetration. You work to align with the company culture and governance while empowering regional teams.

- Negotiate and finalize national framework agreements
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Maximize opportunities across key accounts using the Technogym Wellness System (TWS)
- Oversee the national account forecast and provide strategic insights
- Ensure adherence to Technogym culture, policies, and governance
- Support and empower regional Key Account teams with best practices and tools
- Facilitate seamless handover of accounts within the national team
Responsabilità
- 8+ years in a B2B sales role within fitness, sports, or wellness
- Proven direct sales and consultative selling with solution selling experience
- Strong CRM management knowledge (preferably Salesforce)
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L for a key account portfolio
- Credibility with C-suite, owners, and on-site GMs; adaptable communication across audiences
- Deep understanding of gym operations, memberships, club economics, and digital solutions in driving retention and revenue
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Marketing, Product, and Service teams
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple national accounts under pressure
- Master's Degree in Economics, Business, Sports Management, or related field is a plus
