Overview Regional Key Account Manager for the Health Corporate & Performance segment role within Technogym. Responsibilities

Achieve sales, profitability, and cash flow targets for Key Accounts within the assigned region. Prepare, implement, and control planning for Key Accounts to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Directly manage partnerships with Key Accounts, ensuring strong and productive relationships. Prepare, implement, and control agreements with Key Accounts at the regional level, ensuring all terms are met and beneficial for both parties. Maximize opportunities across all accounts within the Technogym Wellness System (TWS), driving growth and market penetration. Manage the handover of accounts among the team, ensuring seamless transitions that maintain client satisfaction and value. Regularly manage and update the group account forecast to ensure accurate predictions and strategic planning. Guarantee adherence to Technogym cultural model, company policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance standards and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing regional markets. Expertise in achieving sales, profitability, and cash flow targets. Ability to prepare, implement, and control strategic plans for Key Accounts. Strong skills in managing and nurturing partnerships with Key Accounts. Proficiency in preparing, implementing, and controlling agreements at the regional level. Experience in maximizing opportunities and driving growth within a defined system or market. Ability to manage and update account forecasts for accurate predictions and strategic planning. Knowledge of corporate governance standards and practices, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
