Overview

In this role you will design and deliver global training initiatives that align with Technogym’s HR strategy and culture. You’ll build onboarding, performance and talent programs, and manage the Technogym Academy infrastructure. As a key HR contact, you’ll support management and staff with development and learning needs. You will shape the e-learning experience and track KPIs to continuously improve impact, scale, and efficiency. Join a mission-driven team empowering people through learning, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement onboarding, performance, talent management, and training programs (including e-learning)
  • Design global training programs based on competency gaps and learning needs
  • Manage HQ induction process
  • Define and manage training catalog and calendar in line with Company policies
  • Monitor and improve training KPIs: effectiveness, timing, budget
  • Develop and improve the e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS)
  • Prepare and analyze Talent Reviews and Performance Management processes and training
  • Support Talent Management processes: performance assessments, development programs, succession planning

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in training and development
  • Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
  • Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with LMS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors
  • Effective planning, management, and training/presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong logic and reasoning skills
  • Mandatory C1 level of Italian and English
  • Experience in D2C, digital, or entertainment is a plus
