Experteer Overview As Wellness Design Specialist, you shape premium gym interiors that align with our Wellness Brand. You collaborate with designers and clients to deliver impactful 2D/3D layouts and oversee on-site construction visits. You ensure the space communicates exclusive branding and enhances user experience. You work with cross-functional teams to expand layouts in commercial offers and improve client satisfaction. This role offers a chance to influence how fitness environments inspire wellbeing at a global scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Design the Wellness Area following project guidelines
Define guidelines with internal/external design partners
Coordinate with customers’ architects to oversee gym renovations
Create new outfitting concepts for gym spaces
Improve the Interior Design service quality and breadth
Increase the number of layouts offered in commercial proposals
Develop and implement a customer satisfaction measurement system
Apply wellness, fitness, and Technogym product knowledge to craft end-user layouts
Responsabilità
6-10 years' experience in a similar role within a multinational matrix organization
Proven experience in similar roles
Fluency in English; another language is a plus
Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D & 3D design
Knowledge of PCon Planner, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS MAX is desirable
Proven experience in project management
Ability to work toward goals
