Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Campania, Italy. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for managing front desk operations by providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, answering and directing phone calls with professionalism, and ensuring efficient receptionist duties. Daily tasks include greeting clients, addressing inquiries, managing documentation, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
  • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and providing a positive client experience
  • Proficiency in handling Receptionist Duties and maintaining a professional front office space
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in office software and systems (e.G., Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
  • High school diploma or equivalent education is required;
    post-secondary education is a plus
