As an Integration Developer (API Specialist), you’ll design, build, and optimize integrations between business systems, ensuring reliable data flow and synchronization across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and evaluate integrations between core business systems (CRMs, ad platforms, email tools)Build and optimize workflows using APIs, webhooks, and real‑time or batch data pipelinesConnect and synchronize databases across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar)Ensure reliable, real‑time data transfer and consistency across systems and servicesTroubleshoot and improve data flow performance, latency, and failure handlingSupport integration of automated communication systems (e.g., messaging, outreach, or calling workflows)CompensationOn this project, contributors can earn up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.RequirementsAt least 2‑3 years of relevant experience in API integrations, automation, backend systems, or software development (required)Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields is a plusStrong experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange formats (JSON or similar)Proven ability to design and manage integrations across multiple SaaS tools and business systemsSolid background in database synchronization across platforms (Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion or similar)Experience building reliable data pipelines with proper error handling, retries, and validation mechanismsDemonstrated experience building scalable, fault‑tolerant integration systems across multiple servicesStrong understanding of API rate limits, pagination, authentication, and performance optimization techniquesExperience working with real‑time vs. batch processing pipelines and choosing appropriate architecturesExperience integrating communication systems (email, messaging APIs, outreach automation)Strong attention to detail and commitment to data consistency and reliabilitySelf‑directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows independentlyPortfolio or examples of integration systems or API‑based projects is a plusEnglish proficiency: Upper‑intermediate (B2) or above (required)BenefitsWork fully remote on your own schedule with just a laptop and stable internet connection.Gain hands‑on experience in a unique hybrid environment where human expertise and AI agents collaborate seamlessly – a distinctive skill set in a rapidly growing field.Participate in performance‑based bonus programs that reward high‑quality work and consistent delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
