THE ROLE

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.

The Human Capital, Organization, Health and Safety Directorate is coordinated by Cristiana Rossi.

Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • giving support by collaborating closely with Senior Researchers, and Personnel, deeply understanding their needs and lending a hand through human resources related matters;
  • supporting recruitment and hiring activities and supporting Principal Investigators and Administrative Directors in identifying candidates fitting with the values and with future-proof skills and attitude;
  • taking care of employee/collaborator relations issues;
  • collaborating with the colleagues of Human Capital and Organization Directorate in order to facilitate all the internal processes;
  • performing other related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Legal, Languages, Economics, Social Sciences or a similar discipline
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong focus on stakeholder needs and expectations
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • Previous experiences in HR department or employment agency
  • Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
  • High motivation to learn
  • Possess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • Up to 10 days of remote working and flexible working hours are available
