Randstad Talent Selection specialises in recruiting qualified professionals. We are looking for a Shift Manager (CAPO TURNO) for a client company in Torre di Mosto (VE). This is a direct placement position (also offers permanent contract) offering annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €40,000 based on experience.

• Digest and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to production scheduling.
• Supervise and coordinate approximately 50 operational staff, working with three colleagues and reporting directly to the plant director.
• Develop and support continuous improvement initiatives and skill development of operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve anomalies of automated machines.
• Verify proper management of waste materials and oversee plant cleaning and washing.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and relational skills.
• Availability to work day shifts and on a three‑shift schedule, including overtime as required.
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent IFTS certificate.
