Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) team within an Amazon fulfillment center, driving accurate inventory, quality, and efficient problem solving. You will partner with Operations and support teams to implement policies, plan shifts, and push continuous improvement across processes. The position combines people leadership with data-driven analysis to uphold customer obsession and safe, productive operations. This is an opportunity to shape performance in a fast-paced FC environment and develop the next generation of managers. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates (including Team Leads and Data Analyst) in inventory control, quality assurance, and problem solving within the FC Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for all associates Coordinate inventory control, quality assurance and problem solving in line with network strategies and SOX compliance Conduct shift planning and forecasting, assign and direct work Oversee projects to streamline processes, increase quality and optimize productivity Ensure KPIs are reviewed regularly and analyze quality to protect inventory integrity and customer experience Develop deep knowledge of FC process paths and deviations to drive continuous improvement with the operations team Assist in interviewing and training FC managers and associates, building talent and leadership pipeline Responsabilità A degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience in operations management Relevant experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets and tools Proficient in the local language and English, both spoken and written Advanced MS Office suite user, especially Excel Previous experience leading teams Requisiti fondamentali base salary sign-on payment possible restricted stock unit scheme statutory benefits inclusive culture career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
