Italian Speaking Customer Service Agent w/ Relocation BonusLocation: Genoa, Metropolitan City of Genoa, Italy (Lisbon, Portugal – on site)Employment type: Full‑time. Rotating shifts. Portuguese public holidays applicable. 22 days of holiday annually.Language requirements: Italian (C2) and English (B2).Role summary: The agent provides technical support and assistance to social media advertisers, particularly small and medium‑sized businesses (SMBs). Support is delivered through chat, email, and outbound phone calls in both Italian and English. Responsibilities include post‑sales assistance, troubleshooting, guiding users in platform tools and features, and resolving technical issues. The role requires multitasking and simultaneous use of multiple tools.Training and career: Comprehensive training covering technical skills, customer management, and product knowledge. After successful completion, employees are integrated into the Teleperformance team with a contract.
