Experteer Overview In this role you will drive commercial growth for Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore in Italy and Monaco. You will strengthen strategic relationships with shipowners, shipyards and designers while expanding market share in new building, in-service, and wind-related activities. You will lead local market access, tender participation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable business results. This position offers meaningful impact through shaping market strategy, coordinating with regional teams, and ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines. Retribuzione / Benefits Drive growth strategy for Marine & Offshore in Italy/Monaco in coordination with the Director Lead commercial activities and build a cohesive cross-functional commercial environment Support local business development with Area and Region teams Identify opportunities and formulate local strategies for Marine & Offshore wind projects Develop and maintain close client and prospect relationships Oversee pursuit and contracting of large Marine & Offshore opportunities Coordinate between Industry & Facilities and Marine & Offshore stakeholders for sales and key account management Ensure compliance with Group and M&O commercial guidelines and procedures Responsabilità Salesforce CRM experience in a structured sales environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent 10+ years in marine industry with at least 5 years in commercial/managerial roles Strong commercial, networking, negotiation and influencing skills Ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders High resilience and motivation Change mindset to create future opportunities Place of work: Rome or Genoa with travel to Italy and Monaco #J-18808-Ljbffr
