Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer, Energy Transition

Mott MacDonald in Genoa is seeking a Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead our growing Energy Transition thermal team. You will shape mechanical delivery, act as technical authority, and guide multi-disciplinary project teams through feasibility, FEED and detailed design. You will mentor engineers, support proposals, strengthen client relationships, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to strategic bids across international projects.
