Are you passionate about sales, digital marketing, and helping businesses grow? Join a dynamic international team in Barcelona as a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager. You will work closely with German‑speaking clients to optimize their online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results, acting as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of their digital advertising investments, contributing to revenue growth, and expanding the client portfolio across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through phone, video conferencing, and email communication.
- Identify growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their advertising goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
- Valid authorization to work in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
- Performance‑based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
