Experteer OverviewIn this role you ensure accurate, timely handling of corporate actions and income events for issuer clients, delivering high-quality service while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. You will work with cross-functional teams to reconcile events, process instructions, and support client requests, contributing to reliable settlement and risk control. The position combines client interaction, problem solving, and collaboration with internal and external counterparties to uphold service quality.   • Manage daily Corporate Actions and income-related activities including event reconciliation and instruction processing
  • Support shareholder meeting operations and ensure correct settlement of events
  • Execute payments related to market claims for clients and counterparties
  • Provide operational support to clients, handling requests and complaints with clear explanations
  • Liaise with sub-custodians to investigate and resolve Corporate Actions and income issues
  • Maintain documentation, monitoring, and follow-up on events and exceptions for quality and risk control

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree Economics or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Securities Services with knowledge of regulations and processes
  • Fluent Italian (C2) and English (B2)
  • Knowledge of SWIFT MT56X is a preferred qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; advanced Excel (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting, formulas, pivots)
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • High accountability, task ownership, and deadline-driven reliability
