Location: Monfalcone, IT
About the role:
As a Shift Supervisor you will provide leadership to the daily operations of the fabrication department.
You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to team members based on schedules and qualifications;
- Ensure safe use of equipment and materials; report and investigate safety issues by ARC;
- Communicate company updates and safety messages during weekly meetings;
- Conduct quality and standard work peer checks to ensure compliance;
- Implement training plans and maintain accurate documentation;
- Coordinate with planning and production teams to track progress and address schedule deviations;
- Monitor staffing needs, apply corrective actions, and support process continuity;
- Maintain workplace organization, production records, teamwork, and up-to-date employee training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma;
- At least five years of directly related experience in heavy manufacturing;
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and shop math;
- Proficiency with blue prints;
- Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Night Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level).
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31.900 to €42.000.
