Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape the company’s people strategy, aligning talent management with business priorities. You will oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Reward & Incentive, Health & Safety, and Employee Wellbeing, driving a positive organizational climate. You’ll partner with senior leadership to transform culture and operating models, ensuring policies and metrics support sustained engagement and performance. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role at a critical growth moment, offering meaningful impact on people and culture. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead core people management and development processes with senior leadership alignment Manage and support teams for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Health & Safety, and Employee Wellbeing Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition effectiveness and responsiveness Design and evolve performance management and incentive systems Drive initiatives to enhance wellbeing, climate, and engagement Lead organizational transformation and cultural change initiatives Contribute to HR policies and monitor key people metrics Collaborate with other functions on personnel administration Responsabilità Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline Proven experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles Experience across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Climate, Health & Safety, and Change Management Experience leading and developing teams Strong ability to engage with senior management and interpret organizational dynamics Exposure to personnel administration processes (advantage) #J-18808-Ljbffr
