We are seeking Head of Residential Sales with a strong international background in luxury real estate and branded residences, capable of positioning the project among the most desirable lifestyle investments for HNWI and UHNWI worldwide.Approximately 80% of sales will be generated internationally.The Head of Residential Sales will have full ownership of the global sales strategy, acting as a key ambassador of the project toward private clients, family offices, international brokers and strategic partners.This is a high-visibility, leadership role, sitting at the intersection of real estate, luxury, hospitality and investment, and working in close coordination with branding, marketing and senior management.You will be responsible for: Global Sales & Go-to-Market Strategy HNWI / UHNWI Client & Investor Relations International Brokers & Strategic Partnerships Brand, Marketing & Sales Experience Team Leadership & Capability Building Experience required: 10+ years' experience in senior commercial roles within luxury real estate, branded residences, luxury hospitality or mixed-use developments Proven track record selling high-value residential assets to international HNWI / UHNWI clients within a structured sales network and onsite staff Established global network including international brokers, private banks, wealth managers, family offices (ideally across UK, US, DACH, Russia and Eastern Europe) Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on deal-making ability Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence and cultural fluency Fluent English is mandatory; Italian welcome. Additional languages (Arabic, French, Mandarin, Russian) are a strong plus Willingness to travel internationally regularly Location Milan or close proximity to Pisa / Ventimiglia
