Sales Line : we are a headhunting company active in Italy & Europe for over 140 SMEs and Multinationals.

A fast-growing international electronics company, focused on components and HMI solutions for industrial and OEM clients. The organization is undergoing transformation, with ambitious growth targets and a cross-country commercial structure.

Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands, and Poland.

Drive commercial execution, supporting both new business development and ongoing opportunities.

Act as a key interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management).

Monitor and manage sales KPIs: revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy.

Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers.

Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environment.

Proven leadership experience managing international sales teams in electronics/technical sectors.

Significant experience in electronics, components, HMI, or adjacent technical sectors.

International exposure and understanding of cross‑country business dynamics.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Hunter mentality combined with structured execution and reporting discipline.

Ability to manage complexity, pressure, and fast‑paced organizational changes.

High resilience, proactivity, and ownership mindset.

Comfortable with frequent travel (40–60%) across Europe.

Permanent contract (Quadro level) with competitive incentive scheme and company car; growth opportunities within an international organization.

Milan office, with required on‑site presence once per week.

Approximately 40% travel across Europe.
