This role in summary

As a new intern within our Human Resources Department, you will join the regional office in Milano Certosa to support the central HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development team.


Your responsibilities will include

  • Acquire practical knowledge in the areas of recruitment, employer branding and university relations, including managing the entire process of internship activation - from initiation to coordinating with hiring managers, to the final interview & onboarding
  • The organization and implementation of all the employer branding activities and events
  • The strategic projects regarding interns' engagement and development of interns
  • Collaborate with Talent Management Team on annual processes and programs, including Performance Management, Talent Assessment & Succession Planning, Engagement Survey, and other annual programs
  • Support the Learning & Development Department in the reporting and data management


Minimum requirements

Are you:

  • a Master’s Degree student in HR Management/Business Administration or other related majors, with a passion for HR?
  • A proficient user of Pack Office?
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, with a self-driven mindset and the ability to take ownership of your space and responsibilities?
  • Execution-focused, able to deliver with pace while effectively prioritizing tasks, focusing strongly on high quality, consistency, and accuracy?
  • Accountable and ensuring strong follow-through and closure of your commitments and tasks?
  • Mature in your professional judgement, considering broader context and impact when making decisions?
  • A clear and confident communicator to different audiences and contexts?
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders?
  • Hungry for continuous learning and growth mindset with structured analytical objectives and ideas for practical solutions?
  • a proficient Italian and English speaker, maybe with some international experience?
  • a strong team player who shares our values and our drive for innovation?
