Talent Acquisition Specialist - Internship
Location: Stezzano (BG)
Mission
We are looking for a passionate intern recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in a variety of tasks.
What will you do?
- Supporting the management of full recruitment process in close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and the talent management team
- Help increase the recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs.
- Contribute to tools and process improvement projects.
- Assist in the employer branding initiatives and activities.
Will help you to be successful?
- Bachelor or Master' s degree in Management of Human Resources or similar;
- Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
- Strong ability to organize and monitor
- Positive approach and enthusiasm
- Successfully able to manage multiple on-going projects
- Fluency in Italian and English.
