Experteer Overview In this HSE Advisor role, you will drive Health, Safety and Environmental compliance on a major data centre project in Milan, ensuring alignment with company procedures and local legislation. You’ll support the HSE management system, lead site inspections and inductions, and promote a proactive safety culture across the project team. The position offers exposure to mission-critical construction and collaboration with clients and management to deliver safe, compliant operations. You’ll contribute to incident investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement within a large European data centre programme. Retribuzione / Benefits Support the implementation and ongoing management of the HSE Management System on the project Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards and drive corrective actions Monitor subcontractor safety standards, method statements, and risk assessments Review and approve RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to workforce and subcontractors Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and preventive actions Maintain HSE documentation including inspection reports, training records and compliance registers Assist in developing emergency response plans and participate in drills Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement on site Liaise with project management and client representatives on HSE matters Responsabilità Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an HSE role on large-scale construction projects Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable Strong knowledge of European HSE legislation and construction safety standards Experience reviewing RAMS and conducting site audits and inspections Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence on site Strong reporting and documentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital reporting platforms Requisiti fondamentali Negotiable basic salary Comprehensive package of net allowances Fully expensed accommodation Rotational travel Attractive bonus structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
