Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of luxury renovation projects
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
Conduct site inspections and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in high-end or luxury construction/renovation projects (hospitality experience is a strong advantage)
Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East is required
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
