Inside Sales Specialist

In this role, you will help drive growth across Italy and the Mediterranean region by generating new business opportunities for our sales team. You will introduce hospitality and multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) customers to our energy management solutions and smart thermostat technologies that help reduce energy consumption and support sustainability goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Call and engage hospitality and MDU decision‑makers to introduce them to our innovative energy management solutions.
  • Conduct targeted email outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with value‑added resellers that can expand our reach within target markets.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, in‑person presentations, and virtual product demonstrations for the field sales team.
  • Partner closely with our lead generation team to prioritize daily outreach activities and maximize results.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within our CRM system.
  • Leverage sales enablement and prospecting tools to execute effective outreach and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify hotel groups, property management companies, and key decision‑makers.
  • Contribute to a high‑performance, collaborative team culture while striving to achieve individual and team goals.

For This Role, You Will Need

  • University degree, high school diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Approximately two years of experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar commercial role.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales automation tools to manage and develop opportunities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Fluent Italian language skills. Greek language proficiency would be considered an advantage.
  • A fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new technologies, products, and market segments.
