Nextalia Private Equity is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join its Investment Team.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

The Private Equity Intern will be actively involved in all phases of the investment process. Due to our lean organization, the Private Equity Intern will have the chance to work directly with Investment Analysts, Associates, Vice-Presidents and Directors.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• investment research / screening;

• competitive / market analysis;

• financial analysis, modelling and valuation;

• drafting of memorandum for internal and external use;

• assistance in transaction execution.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Nextalia SGR is looking for team-oriented individuals who are highly motivated, intellectually curious, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior experiences.

The ideal candidate should have:

• strong analytical and quantitative skills;

• proven communication skills;

• collaborative and constructive team approach;

• excellent attention to detail;

• good judgement;

• previous experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Audit, Consulting;

• fluency in English.
