ISATCOVE Helpdesk & Certification Admin Pro

NTU International A/S is looking for Category III Experts to provide helpdesk support for the ISATCOVE digital tool, part of the ETF project. The role includes user guidance, issue logging, and administrative certification tasks.

Applicants should have experience in user support for IT tools and possess strong organizational skills. English at C1 level is mandatory, with additional languages considered an asset.
