Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead IT service governance and performance in a complex insurance environment, ensuring services align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and high resilience. You will collaborate with IT leadership to implement ITIL-based processes, manage incidents and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement. The position offers interaction with senior leadership to shape IT strategy and operational efficiency, with a focus on service quality and risk management. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role in a mature IT organization.
