Our Client, a pan-European developer and manager of high-quality industrial and logistics parks, is looking for a LAND ACQUISITION MANAGER to strengthen the search, evaluation, and acquisition of land to support their growing Italian portfolio.

Based in Milan, the selected candidate will operate in the Land Acquisition Department, reporting to the Country Manager and Group COO. This role is designed for a technically skilled, autonomous professional with solid experience in identifying and securing land for logistics or industrial real estate development.

Location: Milan

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess new land opportunities in line with national expansion goals;
  • Review zoning regulations and urban planning status; liaise with public authorities to verify technical feasibility and permitted uses;
  • Prepare detailed technical and economic feasibility studies, including buildability potential, preliminary layouts, and project budget input;
  • Lead negotiations with landowners and manage the drafting of LOIs, preliminary contracts, and final purchase deeds;
  • Oversee technical and legal due diligence processes in collaboration with internal and external advisors;
  • Coordinate closely with Permitting, Construction, and Commercial teams to ensure the smooth transition of each deal into development.
Key Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or other technical disciplines;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in land acquisition for industrial or logistics development;
  • Strong command of CAD software, technical drawings, zoning documentation, and contract structuring;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills;
  • Independent mindset, commercial awareness, and result-oriented approach;
  • Native-level Italian and fluent English;
  • Availability for frequent day trips across the national territory.
