Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to online banking services, account management, and transactions in Italian
- Assist clients with account setup, password resets, transaction inquiries, and dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security protocols while handling sensitive information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly with a focus on delivering excellent service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Stay informed about new banking products, services, and online security measures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in customer service within the banking or financial sector is preferred
- Strong knowledge of online banking platforms and financial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and banking compliance requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support customers across different time zones
