Overview Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking dedicated Italian‑Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading household electronics company in Greece. The role involves providing outstanding customer support to Italian‑speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after‑sales service. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional and courteous customer service to Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronic products. Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and usage guidance. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system. Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Stay informed about the latest product releases, updates, and company policies. Provide feedback to management to improve customer service quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the household electronics sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools. Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
