This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, providing them with guidance on tech products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to tech products, services, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Italian
  • Assist customers with account management, product setup, and technical issues
  • Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and available support services
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address complex issues and enhance customer service
  • Stay updated on the latest tech trends and company offerings to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the technology sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and manage tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
