Key Responsibilities Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient support to Italian-speaking customers regarding Fitbit devices, wearable fitness trackers, smartwatches, and associated wellness applications via phone, email, and live chat channels. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit hardware, firmware, Bluetooth connectivity, app synchronisation, and account management, ensuring customers can seamlessly track their health and fitness goals. Guide customers through the setup, calibration, and optimal use of Fitbit products, empowering them to maximise the benefits of their fitness and wellness journey. Accurately log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining high standards of data quality and documentation. Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate specialist teams in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date with the latest Fitbit product releases, software updates, fitness features, and wellness innovations to provide customers with the most current and accurate information. Contribute to team performance targets by consistently achieving or exceeding individual KPIs related to customer satisfaction, resolution times, and quality scores in the fitness and wellness support environment. Actively collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to identify recurring customer pain points and suggest improvements to support processes and product knowledge resources. Requirements Native or fluent Italian language proficiency (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role, as you will be supporting Italian-speaking customers exclusively. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants). A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or consumer electronics is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage. Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related service environment is desirable, though motivated candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
