Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Psychology
• License to practice psychology in their country
• Minimum six months of experience in psychological care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, Spanish and English, other languages are a plus
• B2 - C1 English proficiency (to be assessed in an interview)
• Good command of technologies
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 09h to 17h (CET time)
• Creative person with strong organizational and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assess our patients in initial chat interviews once they join our platform
• Assign the most adequate prevention/intervention service for patients according to their needs
• Identify and clarify patients' psychological demands
• Support the Operations department with other administrative tasks
