Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Data Scientist. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Data Scientist to join the Supply Chain team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the Supply Chain Analytics team, you will play a key role in leveraging data to optimize operational processes and driving data-informed decision-making. Main accountabilities: Participation in Supply Chain digital transformation projects Data analysis and reporting activities using Excel, Python, or similar tools Support in process mapping and workflow optimization initiatives Assistance in project planning, task coordination, and follow-up activities Collaboration with IT, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams Preparation of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports Support in identifying automation opportunities for repetitive activities Participation in meetings with internal stakeholders Knowledge & Skills: Basic knowledge of Project Management principles Basic programming and data analysis skills (Python preferred) Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and Power Point Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is considered a plus (e.g. Power BI, Data visualization in Pyhton) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Teamwork attitude and proactive approach Good knowledge of English Requirements: Degree in a STEM field (Engineering preferred) Junior profile; thesis internship candidates are also welcome Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence technologies and interested in following the latest AI developments and trends Precision, curiosity, and attention to detail Availability to work on-site in a dynamic and cross-functional environment Job Location Casole d'Elsa (Siena) If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.
